When I started working in an office in 2022 I was on the hunt for good business casual outfit ideas, but they were either all boring, or were not actually business casual. It is one thing to talk about the guidelines and dress code of business casual outfits. Putting together a business casual outfit that is stylish and feels cool is another story. This post will show you 7 different business casual outfits that you can easily put together on your own. You can also easily mix and match pieces to create these different looks.

At work you want to feel confident and comfortable. I think this is important to performing your best. You want your outfit to be the last thing on your mind while you are focusing on smashing deadlines and grinding away. Use these business casual outfit ideas to create looks that fit your own personal style while still looking professional.

Feel free to combine any of these ideas. Example: Monochromatic satin skirt and sweater, substitute a statement belt with statement jewelry or vice versa. (Personally I do not like to wear both a statement belt with statement jewelry for business casual/ professional attire.)
